Requires 5-7 years of experience in solid modeling complex assemblies and proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically SolidWorks. A degree in an engineering-related field is recommended along with strong leadership and organizational skills.

What You will Get:
Summary/Objective:
The individual must be forward thinking, has to have a positive attitude and can set expectations for their team members. This role is responsible for managing the RV Chassis Frame product associated to a specific set of external OEM customers. Working with and leading a team of CAD Technicians that create and update the chassis frame drawings and components. The candidate must be driven, hardworking and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in managing and completing projects.
