Lead a team in the daily processing of material on the Tension Level Line while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Oversee daily workflow, train team members, and resolve internal conflicts to improve operational effectiveness.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree and two years of related experience preferred. Candidates must be proficient with inspection instruments and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds in a plant environment.

Operations Manager
This is a full-time position. Generally, workdays are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week; longer work hours work may be required to complete projects.
Plant environment, temperatures can vary, i.e. cooler in the winter and warmer in the summer. Noise level can be elavated. Warehouse environment is dusty and dirty with uneven ground.
No travel expected for this position.
