The Quality Technician ensures that manufactured and procured products meet internal and customer quality standards. Key duties include performing inspections, conducting audits, managing equipment calibration, and coordinating corrective actions.
Candidates should be proficient in reading blueprints and using measuring tools, with a strong understanding of ISO 9001 and the Production Parts Approval Process. Experience in metal fabrication and basic Microsoft Office skills are desired.

We have three tube mills capable of creating a wide range of shapes and sizes. All mills are monitored using statistical process controls for exact diameter and length requirements. Fabrication operations include, but are not limited to, bending with multiple state-of-the-art CNC push benders, punching, swaging, stamping, flattening, deburring, chamfering, dedimpling, reducing and welding. Our in-house finishing capabilities include state-of-the-art powder coating on two paint lines. We out-source for plated finishes, and in both cases we maintain exceptional process control to ensure finishes that meet our customers’ quality expectations, time after time.
