The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, financial reporting, and client invoicing. They will also manage Work-in-Progress reporting and provide leadership and coaching to the accounting team.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience. Experience in professional services environments and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Deltek software are preferred.

This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will play a key part in maintaining and improving day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of ownership, strong leadership capabilities, and experience supporting engineering, architecture, consulting, or project-based businesses. Responsibilities will include hands-on leadership and production of payroll, financial reporting, work in progress, client invoicing, and a variety of other accounting functions.
