Key Responsibilities

Initiate, monitor, evaluate, and maintain the accuracy of course material information within a database
Determine the best method of purchase for all course materials adopted at accounts
Contact suppliers via written and verbal communications to garner product information
Sourcing physical products with a wide variety of vendors
Pricing, submitting, and following up on purchase orders
Monitoring a shared inbox
Monitoring outstanding orders to ensure students have their course materials on time
Communicate with multiple departments to solve problems, create, and carry out resolutions
Complete special projects or requests as needed
Meet weekly with team members to discuss upcoming strategies, review progress of the past week, and problem-solve obstacles of specific tasks

Skills/Qualifications Required

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and generate alternative solutions
Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must be able to work well within a team atmosphere
Thrives in a semi-fast-paced environment, effectively balancing multiple priority tasks and competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Proactively adapts to changing priorities and readily embraces new processes and workflows
Must be proficient in moderate-level computer skills, with a working knowledge of MS Office Excel
