The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor assists with the overall maintenance functions of the apartment community, including repairs to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. They also oversee maintenance personnel and ensure optimal property presentation and resident experience.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and have reliable transportation for 24-hour on-call duties. Experience in maintenance and the ability to lead team members are required for this role.

As Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with the overall maintenance functions of the apartment community. You will perform the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.
