The Procurement Team Leader will supervise a team of hourly storeroom attendants and manage procurement activities, including sourcing maintenance parts and services. They are responsible for ensuring KPIs are met, managing vendor relationships, and driving process improvements within the brewery's supply chain.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least 5 years of strategic sourcing and supervisory experience. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, along with in-depth knowledge of brewery equipment parts, is required.

In the role of Procurement Team Lead, working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will work on-site at the Brewery reporting to the Brewery Controller and supervise a team of five to seven hourly storeroom attendants. Review procurement activities performed by off-site shared service resources. Provide broad support spanning brewery and corporate stakeholders to include sourcing of maintenance spare parts, sourcing services to operate brewery, storeroom physical inventories, equipment lease management, purchase order management, invoice payment troubleshooting, cost savings strategy and system master data maintenance for suppliers and maintenance parts. Be an overall subject matter expert for the brewery related to Procurement systems and processes. Available to be contacted during off-shift hours and weekends when brewery emergencies arise.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
