Major Duties :
1. Develops periodic goals, organizes the work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work within the Loan Ops team.
2. Responsible to set up and monitor the most effective processes are in place with a focus on quality control.
3. Conducts performance management and career development processes, provides input for staffing and disciplinary actions and provides hands-on training to staff
4. Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult
5. Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities
6. Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management
7. Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas
8. Provides input and support to budget management process.

Knowledge :
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Salary Range:
$85,900 - 145,900 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
