The Staff Accountant supports the monthly close, financial reporting, and compliance processes within a public company environment. Key duties include preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting internal SOX controls and external audits.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required, with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and a CPA qualification or experience with Workday Financial is preferred.
