Position Summary:
The Agent in Charge (AIC) plays a vital role in supporting daily dispensary operations and ensuring compliance with Illinois state regulations. This role provides hands-on leadership support across retail functions, oversees store opening and closing procedures, and fulfills the state-required on-site Agent-in-Charge designation during assigned shifts.
The AIC position is designed for motivated individuals with strong cannabis retail experience who are eager to develop leadership skills and grow into future leadership roles.
