Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Epic or EHR revenue cycle systems and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Additionally, 1 year of leadership experience and the ability to attain Epic certification are required.

goals, regulatory requirements, and Epic best practices. The Manager leads revenue cycle training readiness
teams and acts as a key liaison between revenue cycle leadership, IT, training resources, and operational
stakeholders. This role bridges system functionality and revenue cycle operations by translating Epic build, billing
rules, and workflows into effective education, adoption strategies, and ongoing support.
