Job Expectations
Build your career and Australia’s future.
Not many people can say they are working on building Australia’s future. With us you’ll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.
A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Manager P&C Digital Transformation. This role will report to the Executive Manager P&C Digital Transformation.
A bit about your role
As the Manager P&C Digital Transformation, you will lead the evolution of People & Culture’s systems, data and processes, ensuring our ways of working become more efficient, intuitive and future‑ready. You will guide transformation initiatives from initiation through to delivery & enablement, creating alignment across teams and ensuring changes to technology and process deliver meaningful impact for both People & Culture and the broader organisation.
In this role, you will analyse existing systems and processes with curiosity, identifying opportunities to improve and simplify operations. You will play a central role in leading People & Culture’s adoption of automation and AI, working closely with business operations and the systems and engineering team that bring new capabilities to life. Your work will help build a foundation of smarter, more connected experiences for our people.
A bit about you
You bring experience working on People & Culture transformation, business process improvement or HR technology initiatives, and you thrive in environments where you can balance hands‑on delivery with strategic, enterprise‑level thinking. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, adapting quickly while keeping people engaged and informed. Your experience with HR Technology platforms such as Workday or UKG will be highly valued, though not essential, and an understanding of process improvement and digital enablement allows you to guide teams toward more efficient and innovative ways of working.
You collaborate with empathy and confidence, building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and influencing through clear communication and thoughtful partnership. Your resilience and curiosity help you lead programs that evolve how People & Culture operates, and your passion for digital transformation ensures that every initiative strengthens the experience of our people and supports nbn’s long‑term goals.
Application Process
You may find that your experience does not match every requirement listed but, if this role has piqued your interest or resonates with where you are in your career, we encourage you to apply rather than self-select out. We are interested in transferable skills and your skills and perspective could be exactly what we would value to strengthen our team.
