Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will support and partner with frontline leaders of our Concrete and Quarries SA and VIC businesses to help achieve business objectives and develop their teams. You will be based at our Norwood office in Adelaide. You will also collaborate with and be supported by a team of approximately 70 dedicated People & Culture professionals from Centres of Excellence including Remuneration & Reward, Talent and Capability, Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Workers Compensation and Wellbeing.
