About the Role

The General Manager, Pro AV is responsible for leading and growing Ingram Micro Australia's Professional AV business. This role will drive strategic direction, commercial performance, and strong vendor and channel partnerships to achieve sustainable growth. As a key leader, you will build a high-performing team and position Ingram Micro as a market leader in the Pro AV industry.

Role Expectations

• Deliver sustainable revenue and profit growth while achieving agreed business objectives.
• Establish Ingram Micro as the preferred distribution partner in the Australian Pro AV market.
• Strengthen strategic relationships with key vendors, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Foster a customer-centric, high-performance culture that encourages collaboration and accountability.
• Drive operational efficiency, business planning, and execution excellence across all areas of the division.
• Lead change, identify new market opportunities, and adapt strategies in response to industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the national Pro AV growth strategy.
• Manage full P&L accountability, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Lead and develop sales, product, and technical teams to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, resellers, integrators, and end customers.
• Drive vendor business planning, go-to-market initiatives, and promotional programs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and technology trends.
• Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and leadership teams to deliver business objectives.
• Represent Ingram Micro at industry events, customer meetings, and vendor engagements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
