Candidates must have proven experience in home lending and a strong understanding of the end-to-end process. A solid track record in sales or business development is also required.

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll manage your own schedule, build strong referral networks, and generate new business opportunities. You’ll be the face of Westpac in your community—trusted, knowledgeable, and ready to deliver real value across Regional Victoria.
