Welcome customers to the branch and engage in conversations to provide tailored banking solutions. Assist customers in achieving financial goals and refer them to specialized banking teams when necessary.
Requires customer service and sales experience with the ability to work toward targets and handle cash accurately. No prior banking experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.
What’s the role?
As a Personal Banking Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming our customers to Westpac and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide them with tailored banking solutions. You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in-person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day!
This is a part-time, branch-based role 28.5 hours over 4 days per week between 8.30am - 4.30pm.

No banking experience? No problem. Your vibrant personality, eagerness to learn and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service are key to excel in this role.
