We are seeking an HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will serve as the on-site HR resource, supporting day-to-day HR operations and leading full-cycle recruiting efforts. This is a hands-on role focused on executing key HR processes, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a positive employee and candidate experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing recruiting coordination with core HR administration responsibilities. Experience with Paylocity (or similar HRIS/ATS) is strongly preferred.
Requirements
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews, and supporting offer process
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines and ensure a smooth, efficient recruiting process
Maintain and update job descriptions and requisitions in the ATS
Coordinate interview logistics, candidate communications, and feedback tracking
Support onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive day-one experience
Help maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a strong candidate experience at all stages
On-Site HR Administration
Serve as the primary on-site HR point of contact for employees and managers
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Paylocity or equivalent)
Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
HR Operations & Employee Support
Respond to employee questions related to HR programs, policies, and procedures
Support performance management processes, including tracking review cycles and documentation
Assist with employee relations matters by documenting issues and escalating as needed
Help implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee communications
Support internal HR reporting and basic data tracking (headcount, hiring status, etc.)
Systems & Process Support
Utilize Paylocity (or similar system) for recruiting, employee data management, and reporting
Identify opportunities to improve HR and recruiting processes for efficiency and consistency
Maintain organized and compliant HR documentation and workflows
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience:
3–6 years of HR experience, with a mix of recruiting and HR generalist responsibilities
