Candidates should possess strong computer skills, professional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement. Experience in HR or training and familiarity with the isolved Learn & Grow LMS is strongly preferred.

What will my schedule look like?
This role supports our office hours of Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Ideally, this role is based on-site. We are open to experienced talent working in a hybrid arrangement with expectations to be onsite for facilitating in person training and new hire orientation.
