This role serves as a trusted advisor, aligning talent, organizational design, and workforce planning with business priorities. The individual will leverage data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities to deliver insights, influence decision-making, and enhance organizational effectiveness, while partnering across HR to execute integrated, scalable solutions that improve performance and employee experience.
In this role, you will:
Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning human capital strategies with business priorities and influencing talent, structure, and workforce decisions
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and participate in large-scale strategic planning to drive business and organizational outcomes
Analyze multifaceted business challenges and translate them into forward-looking HR strategies, workforce plans, and organizational solutions
Apply strong business acumen to advise on trade-offs related to hiring, cost, productivity, and organizational effectiveness
Drive accountability with leaders on talent outcomes, including performance management, succession planning, engagement, and organizational health
Leverage data, analytics, and AI tools to generate insights, identify trends, and deliver evidence-based recommendations that inform decision-making
Champion the adoption of AI-enabled solutions to enhance workforce productivity, decision quality, and employee experience
Lead organizational design and change management efforts, ensuring alignment to business strategy and effective execution
Assess the impact and effectiveness of human capital strategies, making recommendations to optimize performance and achieve business objectives
