Job Description:
Chewy is looking for a UKG Solution Manager to join our Labor Solutions team. In this role, you will serve as the domain expert for UKG Configuration and Support, including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Reporting, Attendance, and Accruals. This role will support and drive the implementation of new functionality and enhancements by understanding end user needs, developing business and functional requirements, building streamlined and effective processes, supporting technical design, testing and deployment to provide a best in class user experience.
You will partner across functional business teams, translating complex business needs to effective solution design recommendations, ensuring data, configuring and security meet requirements. This role will use your deep functional expertise to understand process and systems requirements and contribute to the development, testing and deployment activities for WFM technology as part of the Labor Solutions team.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $176,000.00.The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
