As a Supervisor, Senior Workplace Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping how our teams connect, collaborate, and thrive in our Boston Headquarters. You'll help bring our culture to life through thoughtful experiences, seamless operations, and a hospitality-driven approach that makes our workspace feel welcoming and inclusive. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you'll support workplace programs, onsite meetings & events, and daily building operations that elevate the employee experience. Your impact will be felt in the details, creating environments where teams can do their best work and feel connected to what we're building together.
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and oversight of the onsite Workplace Experience team, ensuring consistent execution of workplace operations, employee programs, and service excellence.
Support operations of workplace facilities, services, and employee experience programs while contributing to overall office efficiency by addressing evolving operational needs, ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and vendors.
Oversee on-site programs such as catering, pantry services, and employee perks, including vendor coordination, scheduling, communications, and office calendars.
Assist in planning and executing company-wide and local events while tracking and sharing feedback to evaluate participation, satisfaction, and overall impact, helping deliver engaging experiences that strengthen culture and connection.
Build relationships with team members across the office to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience.
Oversee the onsite Workplace Experience team and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless building operations and in-office experiences.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Managerial or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, and senior leaders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
