We're looking for a passionate Associate Game Producer who lives and breathes mobile games. This role is ideal for someone who may not have extensive industry experience but has a strong understanding of mobile games, excellent gaming instincts, and a genuine passion for creating great player experiences.
If you're the type of person who analyzes why games succeed, notices what makes players stay, and enjoys discussing game mechanics, progression, retention, and monetization, we'd love to meet you.
Work closely with producers, designers, artists, developers, and QA throughout game development.
Help manage tasks, timelines, and team coordination.
Playtest games regularly and provide structured feedback.
Identify gameplay issues and suggest improvements from a player perspective.
Research top-performing mobile games and market trends.
Assist in feature planning, documentation, and sprint execution.
Track bugs, follow up on development progress, and ensure timely completion.
Help improve player experience through data-driven and player-focused thinking.
Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, Business, or a related field.
A genuine passion for mobile gaming.
Plays mobile games regularly and stays updated with industry trends.
Strong gaming sense with the ability to understand what makes games fun and engaging.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
