The Marketing Advisor provides expert advice to internal stakeholders to drive strategic, customer-centric communications and manages the execution of advertising campaigns. Marketing Advisor The Marketing and Strategic Communications team works across
the Department of Customer Service and is responsible for the strategic
direction and execution of customer centric communications including but not
limited to advertising campaigns. As the Marketing Advisor, you
will provide expert advice to internal stakeholders to drive best practice
strategic customer-centric communications, manage incoming communication
briefs, coordinate the delivery of campaigns to market and provide specialist
advice and recommendations to optimise campaign delivery and performance
against department and NSW Government priorities. To be successful you need to demonstrate:
