As Major ProgrammesDirector, you will play a defining role in shaping and growing our Infrastructure and Defence capability in Western Australia. This is a high‑impact leadership position combining strategic growth, major programme delivery and executive‑level client engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving market growth across infrastructure and defence through strategic leadership, opportunity shaping and programme mobilisation
Leading the pursuit, structuring and winning of major programmes and complex, multi‑project commissions
Providing executive direction across the full lifecycle of large‑scale, highly regulated programmes
Managing complex programme environments with multiple workstreams, stakeholders and supply‑chain partners
Acting as a trusted senior advisor, building enduring relationships and delivering outstanding client outcomes
Leading, inspiring and developing high‑performing, cross‑disciplinary teams
Championing innovation, systems thinking and best practice programme delivery
Representing the business at a senior level, embedding values, governance and operational excellence
Qualifications
You are an established programme leader with the credibility, vision and drive to operate at the most senior levels of complex infrastructure delivery.
You will bring:
Australian citizen with the ability to hold an Australian Baseline/NV1 clearance.
Proven experience operating at Programme Director or Programme Executive level on large‑scale infrastructure or defence programmes
A strong track record in winning, establishing and leading major programmes within regulated environments
Significant background in programme, project or construction management at Principal or equivalent level
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional teams across multiple disciplines and domains
Deep understanding of programme governance, commercial frameworks and collaborative contracting models
Strong knowledge of infrastructure sectors such as defence, maritime, nuclear, transport or utilities
Senior professional accreditation (e.g. ICE, APM, RICS or equivalent) strongly preferred
A relevant bachelor’s degree with broad competence across the full programme lifecycle
