The HSE Officer is responsible for monitoring project safety performance, ensuring compliance with legislation, and managing risks and incident investigations. They also provide guidance to project teams and promote a proactive safety culture through continuous improvement and collaboration.
Candidates must have at least one year of relevant industry experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A diploma or higher in OHS, WHS, or Environmental Management is desirable, along with a valid White Card and Australian working rights.

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The role will require travel between our Wakehurst Parkway and Heathcote Overtaking Lane projects.
The HSE Officer reports to the HSE Manager and supports compliance with health and safety legislation and Ertech standards. They provide HSE guidance, support incident investigations and corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement.
