Description
Ownership Works is seeking a professional passionate about the intersection of capital markets and social impact. As a member of the Private Equity and Plan Design group on the Client Advisory Services team, the Senior Associate will play a crucial role in expanding Ownership Works’ programs to businesses in private and public markets. The Senior Associate will be responsible for developing the strategy, design, and financial structure of new ownership plans and supporting client relationships across our 45+ private equity partners.

About the Position

Develop Ownership Works’ consultative and specialized technical services while driving client uptake of ownership programs.
Help establish Ownership Works as a thoughtful, value-add advisor to private equity partners and companies implementing shared ownership programs.

Key Responsibilities
Design ownership plans with multiple components related to equity instruments, financial models, implementation, and communication.
Synthesize and structure complex topics for PE, executive, and operator audiences to drive plan adoption.
Leverage AI tools to gather and analyze data; formulate customized solutions; develop and present results/recommendations to clients (in Excel or PowerPoint format).
Prioritize multiple projects, organize workflows, and ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
Work with managers and senior managers to support and strengthen relationships with clients.
Contribute to organizational development efforts to achieve ambitious mission and growth targets.
About You
Minimum Qualifications
B.A./B.S. required.
2–4 years of consulting, finance, or other related experience; management consulting, investment banking, or private equity experience strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex topics for senior audiences.
Ability to translate strategic and financial insights into clear and succinct PowerPoint slides for senior private equity and portfolio company audiences.
Ability to design and build professional financial models in Excel; ability to identify key drivers and sensitize the model accordingly.
Passion for social impact and the mission of Ownership Works.
Interest in becoming a subject matter expert in employee ownership.
Demonstrated experience and willingness to learn to use AI tools to accelerate and improve the quality of professional work.
