Your role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of small customer accounts via phone and digital channels. You drive customer engagement, identify opportunities and translate insights into actions that increase turnover and strengthen long‑term relationships.
Your team
You will be part of the local Sales team, working closely with Field Sales, Account Managers and Customer Service colleagues. Together, you ensure a consistent customer experience and drive commercial growth across your assigned portfolio. The team operates locally while collaborating with international colleagues across Europe.

For this role, we are looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset, a proactive attitude and a passion for customer interaction. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are comfortable combining sales targets with relationship building.
