About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Manawa Bayoutlet.
This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week.
Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
