Christchurch | Full-time | Salary-based
Join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist, where key responsibilities will be scheduling for our field team, inbound and outbound calling, and communicating with clients. This full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm role is ideal for someone who is committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.
About All Clear
Our business provides a range of property and scientific services to Property Management firms, Real Estate professionals, social and community housing providers, Property developers, and more across most of New Zealand.
We offer a range of different scientific services, such as mould and moisture consulting, meth testing, asbestos consulting, lead-based paint testing, water quality testing, and soil testing and consulting.
About the Role You will be based at our South Island Hub in Waltham, Christchurch, working alongside a dedicated and supportive team that will help you develop your skills and encourage your professional growth.

Previous Client/Customer Service experience, ideally within a services business
Experience in outbound and inbound calling
Accurate data entry skills
Experience in Microsoft Office
Ideally, you would also,
Have previous scheduling experience.
Have a good knowledge of New Zealand geography, with a particular emphasis on our two biggest markets, Auckland and Canterbury.
