We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Wellington. This is an exciting opportunity to support the successful delivery of projects that drive positive change across our organisation.

You’ll be at the heart of our projects, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams while upholding our commitment to health & safety, quality, environmental sustainability, and community engagement.

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga: 

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in coordinating construction projects.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project and work order management software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project software & ideally Procore 
  • Proactive, detail-oriented professional
  • Financial process knowledge and acumen  

 

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga 

  • Schedule and monitor project activities to ensure timelines and deliverables are achieved.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports and project plans. 
  • Support project managers with scheduling, resource allocation and stakeholder communication. 
  • Support the project team manage project cost, process progress claim and track project costs
  • Monitor and support achieving the safety, quality, and environmental compliance, targets and maintaining a safe work environment.
