Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team in New Zealand. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.
Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs in a friendly and professional manner
Actively engage with customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations to facilitate sales
Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and stay up-to-date with new offerings
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and a positive shopping environment
Participate in merchandising and stock management activities to maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor
