Provide administrative support for national key accounts, including invoicing, job setup, and coordination with sales and operational teams. Manage customer inquiries and ensure technicians have all necessary documentation for site visits.
Requires at least 5 years of customer service experience and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent communication skills.

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking for a motivated and customer centric superstar who thrives on going the extra mile for our national customers. This role predominantly exists to provide key account administration for our national key accounts, and no day will ever be the same! Your team would consist of 10 administrators, and you would be working with three Key Account Managers. The autonomous team environment is second to none, and this is an exciting time to join the team as we embark on setting new industry benchmarks.
