We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment to join our Mt Wellington based team!

About the role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Auckland Service branch located in Mt Wellington. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide administrative support to our busy Service team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch. We are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and assist wherever needed.

Some of the duties you will be responsible for in this role include liaising with Service Technicians, processing timesheets, scanning and filing, assisting with invoice preparation and processing, monitoring and maintaining Health & Safety records, updating customer portals for one of our largest customers and providing general administrative support to the admin team.

The key skills required for this role include:

• Accurate data entry

• Ability to think on the go and make quick decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Can multitask and prioritise tasks ensuring completion in a timely manner

• Strong attention to detail

• You will be highly organized with superior time management and adept at prioritizing tasks!

• Proactive mindset with high level of initiative

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Good experience using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook with an ability to quickly learn new systems
