The Costing Analyst will analyze client costing data to build accurate costing models and meaningful dashboards. They will work directly with healthcare clients to translate complex data into actionable business intelligence.
Candidates must hold a tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline. Proficiency in BI tools like SQL Server, Power BI, or Sisense is required, along with a logical and curious mindset.

We're after a Costing Analyst to join our Australian team, based in Melbourne. You'll dig into a client's costing data, ask the right questions, and turn a pile of numbers into a costing model and a set of dashboards that actually mean something to the people running the hospital. You'll get hands-on with CBS's own tools (CostPro, IntelPlus and FocusPro), work directly with clients, and occasionally take that expertise on the road to our Middle East clients.
