The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer experiences and managing daily store operations. Key duties include coaching the team to meet KPIs, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and overseeing stock processing.
The role requires a motivated individual with experience in retail leadership and team development. Candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks such as stock handling and standing for extended periods.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Outlet, Moonee Ponds.
This is a part-time position at 32.25 hours per week.
