The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in delivering positive customer experiences and managing daily store operations. Responsibilities include coaching the team to meet KPIs, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and assisting with stock processing.
The role requires a motivated individual with experience in retail operations and team leadership. Candidates should be capable of supporting store budgets and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Outlet, Moonee Ponds.
This is a part-time position at 32.25 hours per week.
