This is not a traditional role — it is designed for individuals who want to build, operate, and grow their own venture. It is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, driven, and deeply passionate about football, who wants to make the game more accessible in their city.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and bring the Stranger Soccer brand to life in your assigned city
  • Build, train, and manage a small core team (2–3 people), along with freelance Official Hosts (game hosts)
  • Source and secure quality venues and time slots to host games
  • Execute creative marketing and sales initiatives (both digital and on-the-ground) to grow your player base
  • Manage game operations to ensure a consistently great customer experience that drives repeat participation
  • Leverage the support, systems, and expertise provided by our Singapore headquarters, including operations and technology
