Job Description
Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Guest Services Agent wishing to expand their knowledge in a 5-star hotel environment.
As a Guest Services Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
Welcome guests from all corners of the world to our beautiful hotel, growing relationships with new and regular guests.
Ensure accuracy and professionalism with information and payments during arrivals and departures.
Work closely with a fantastic team, fostering positive relationships with other Pullman Auckland departments, including Housekeeping and Reservations.
Qualifications
Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:
Experience in a busy hotel environment
Proven reception exposure and experience is an advantage
Exceptional attention to detail and a nature that successfully connects with all guests
The right to work in New Zealand
Full NZ Drivers license and Opera Cloud knowledge is an advantage, but not necessary.
Be able to work a rotating roster across 7-days including weekends and public holidays
