The Principal Advisor provides strategic advice and quality assurance to senior leaders and Ministers to support informed decision-making. They also drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor staff to build organizational capability across the Group.
The role requires extensive experience in providing high-quality strategic advice and leading quality assurance processes within a government or public sector context. Candidates must be capable of analyzing complex issues, managing high-profile information requests, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
As Principal Advisor, you'll play a key role in the Office of the Deputy Director General by providing strategic advice, leading quality assurance, and driving continuous improvement across the Group. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll help shape high-quality advice for senior leaders and Ministers, oversee complex information requests, and build strong relationships across the Ministry and wider public sector.
