The HSE Manager is responsible for implementing site-specific health, safety, and environmental plans while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. They conduct regular site inspections, lead accident investigations, and provide safety training to project personnel.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, or possess a CHST certification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction EHS is required, along with strong hazard recognition and communication skills.

The HSE Manager assists with inspections, accident investigations, conducts safety meetings, and the overall implementation of the health, safety and environmental (EHS) processes. The HSE Manager shall be responsible for compiling and maintaining necessary records, logs and other reports pertaining to safety required by the contractor, client, Federal, State and Local regulations.
