The Senior Maintenance Specialist will travel to various properties to perform hands-on repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency support for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. They are also responsible for leading and training on-site maintenance teams while ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of maintenance experience and possess an HVAC Universal Certification. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical labor are required.
