The Assistant Construction Project Manager will participate in executing multi-phased projects, monitoring field progress, and managing project documentation. They will also be responsible for identifying project risks, tracking financial commitments, and maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders.
Candidates should have a bachelor's or associate degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management with proficiency in industry-standard software is required.

$100,000 - $115,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
The advertised salary range is intended as a general guideline and may vary based on factors such as experience, expertise, and location. This base salary does not reflect the full compensation package, which may include bonuses, 401(k) matching up to 8%, and other benefits.
