The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work within an apartment community. They must also provide exceptional customer service to residents while maintaining property machinery and equipment.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in commercial or multi-unit residential property maintenance and possess a High School Diploma or GED. Strong technical skills in building maintenance and the ability to work weekends are required.
