The Home Buying Specialist is responsible for acquiring residential properties by following up on leads, valuing homes, and estimating repairs. They manage the entire acquisition process from initial negotiation and due diligence to closing deals with various stakeholders.
Candidates need 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and ranking in the top 10% of sales staff. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong communication and computer skills.

This position is a remote role (does not report to an office everyday) however you will be responsible for conducting in person meetings with prospects/clients on a regular basis.
