Job Requirements and Duties:
Responsible for subcontractor prequalification process and systems • Lead review of subcontractor prequalification submission for completeness and accuracy and enter data into subcontractor prequalification system • Follow up with Swinerton business units for missing subcontractor prequalification data • Lead routine standard investigations into subcontractor’s financial information to verify it is fairly reported to Swinerton • Lead subcontractors and/or Swinerton business units with system troubleshooting and questions • Oversee prequalification processor(s) to provide guidance, training, and assistance if needed • Evaluate and maintain subcontractor prequalification status • Execute ad-hoc subcontractor prequalification requests • Complete other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Skills/Experience:
Four-year business/accounting degree.
1-3 years of accounting-related experience. Construction work experience a plus • Experience with CMiC accounting and project software is a plus • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines • Strong analytical skills • Good understanding of GAAP principles and accounting procedures • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel • Effective written and verbal English communication skills, including professional telephone manner • Reliable, dependable, and flexible • Strong interpersonal skills
