The Lead Estimator manages the overall planning and execution of estimating activities for construction projects, including the preparation and presentation of budgets. They are responsible for mentoring staff, managing subcontractor bids, and coordinating general conditions with the operations team.
Candidates must have a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture and at least 3 years of estimating experience. Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, Revit, and Excel, along with the ability to read BIM models, is required.
