The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property, including technical repairs to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. They also handle apartment turnovers and maintain common areas to ensure a high quality of service for residents.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and experience in general maintenance. HVAC certification is preferred, along with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on-call hours.
The Maintenance Technician’s primary goal is to provide exceptional service to our residents. The Maintenance Technician will work hand-in-hand with the Maintenance Supervisor to provide skilled, efficient and professional service.
Through dedication and uncompromised service, this position can be promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. The position of Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Property Manager. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:
