Objetivos y responsabilidades:
Actuar como líder técnico de la especialidad en proyectos específicos.
Liderar el equipo de proceso conforme a los estándares de Worley.
Gestionar el alcance de la especialidad en los proyectos identificando alcance, procurando cumplir plazo y dentro del presupuesto, aplicando los estándares y normativas que estén involucradas.
Participar en reuniones con el cliente e interdisciplinarias.
Elaboración de propuestas.
Capacidades requeridas y experiencia:
Más de 8 años de experiencia en proyectos de Minería Cobre, Plata Oro.
Preferentemente con experiencia en sitio en mineras.
Preferentemente: SX/EW + BoP + Infraestructura general.
Comprensión funcional de la lixiviación de heap y SX/EW (PFDs, P&IDs, balances de masa básicos, criterios operativos)
Comprender equipos de trituración y aglomeración, así como transportadoras móviles y sistemas de manipulación de materiales.
Experiencia o una mentalidad de ejecución fuerte para hacer la transición de un proyecto de PreFID a FEL 3 y EPCM.
Inglés fluido. Disponibilidad para viajar. Buenas habilidades de comunicación.
