The Field Project Manager oversees the installation, programming, and certification of Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. They are responsible for site management, supervising field staff and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed within budget and scope.
Candidates need 5-7 years of relevant experience and a background in electronic security, fire, or building automation. A college degree or trade school education is required, along with a valid driver's license and strong electrical/mechanical aptitude.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, system start-up/check-out, certification, and related customer training on assigned Fire, Security, and/or Building Automation projects. Works with management and administrative project team to ensure projects are effectively executed within contractual scope, budgeted cost, and time schedules. As a Field Project Manager you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.
