The Leasing Professional is responsible for marketing properties, qualifying prospective residents, and managing the lease application process. They also conduct daily property inspections to ensure community standards are maintained and assist management with reporting.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or property management and possess a High School Diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for daily marketing and property duties.
